The purpose of this initial meeting is for us to break the ice and learn more about each other. Following that, I will be asking questions to learn about what your expectations are, as well as your criteria for your new home. Once that is complete, I will break down the entire home buying process from beginning to end and making sure all your questions are answered. Lastly, I will be discussing what is expected of you, so that we can determine together, if I am the right agent to assist your for this transaction.
Home Shopping & Negotiation
In this step, I will take you out "shopping" to find the right home that fits the criteria of your lifestyle, needs, and preferences. Upon finding the home, I will explain and suggest the best way to negotiate the deal to maximize your chances of winning the offer.
Closing & House Warming
Congratulations! This means you've made it to the closing table and now it's time for us to celebrate with pictures as you receive your keys. Shortly after moving in, I will then sponsor your housewarming by taking care of the music, food, drinks, invitations, and even a few games all at my expense. This is a fun time for me to say thank you for including me in your home-buying goal!
